Documents Required to Obtain a Construction Equipment License:

Photocopy of National ID Card

First on the list of required documents: The operator candidate must be at least 18 years old or older than 19 years old.

Health Report

The operator candidate must obtain a driver’s health report that shows that there is no obstacle to him/her working as an operator. (Click for detailed information about the health report)

Diploma or Student Certificate

Operator candidates must be at least a primary school graduate. If you graduated before 1997, being a primary school graduate is sufficient. If you are not a primary school or primary education graduate, you must present a “2nd level literacy certificate”.

Rap Sheet

The operator candidate must not have a criminal record for the crimes specified in the Regulation. These conditions and articles of the law are listed below.

  • Law No. 5237, articles 188, 190, 191 (using or trafficking in narcotic substances and being habituated to drunkenness).
  • Law No. 5607 Article 4, Paragraph 7, smuggling.
  • The second and subsequent paragraphs of Article 12 of Law No. 6136 prohibit the import of firearms and their bullets into the country.
