Heavy Equipment License Health Report
It is the report required for operator candidates who want to become a Heavy Equipment Operator to document their health condition that does not prevent them from using Construction Equipment.
The health report required for a heavy equipment operator’s license is in the same format as the health report required for a car license, etc. The newly revised report format is called “Health Report for Driver Candidates and Driver Candidates.”
In the health report, driver groups are divided into group 1 drivers and group 2 drivers.
1st Group Driver: M , A1 , A2 , A , B1 , BE , F
2. Group Driver: C1, C1E, C, CE, D1, D1E, D, DE, G (Heavy Equipment License)
A medical report in the format shown below can be prepared by a single physician, unless you have a significant medical condition. If your condition falls within the scope of a specialist’s expertise, the physician may refer you to a specialist.
- Group drivers’ health reports are renewed every 5 years.
- Group drivers’ health reports are renewed every 10 years.
